For me Moksha has always been a meditative practice. I am learning to greet challenge and to move through it with peace. Every class I am given the opportunity to meet myself where I am with non-judgement and to practice acceptance. AND I get to do this series that feels amazing for my body! How awesome is that?!

40 postures that combine therapeutic and traditional yoga in a specially-heated room (37C and 35% humidity). Each Moksha class is cardiovascular and it strengthens, loosens, and tones the muscles. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and detoxifies the skin, blood and muscles. All levels always welcome.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body in restful still positions. The focus of the practice is to restore the central nervous system and the internal systems of the body.
