I've learned that as a busy parent, self care is very important and yoga has been a huge part of how I take care of myself. Some days, I take the worries and judgements of the day with me but within the first few minutes of my practice, I am reminded of the here and now. Through yoga, both my body and mind are challenged and I leave each class feeling stronger, lighter and more peace within myself.

40 postures that combine therapeutic and traditional yoga in a specially-heated room (37C and 35% humidity). Each Moksha class is cardiovascular and it strengthens, loosens, and tones the muscles. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and detoxifies the skin, blood and muscles. All levels always welcome.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body in restful still positions. The focus of the practice is to restore the central nervous system and the internal systems of the body.
