    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles. Sundays we add Live Music to increase the chill factor.

    A practice that combines the challenge of downward flows and longer holds. New postures, fun adventures, and a restful savasana to end the practice.

    A Flow and Yin inspired class offering a great Yang-invigorating workout followed up with a restorative, relaxing Yin sequence.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Restorative Yoga is a gentle therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body in restful still positions. The focus of the practice is to restore the central nervous system and the internal systems of the body.

  • Meditation Group

    A simple led meditation. Great for beginners and seasoned meditators.

  • Moksha Community Class

    A $10 Moksha class. Can use membership passes as well. #communitysupport
