Yoga found me in 2010 on the Big Island of Hawaii, at a retreat centre called Kalani Honua. It was there that I fell deeply in love with the practice, in an open-air studio next to the ocean. I did a vinyasa training with Alicia Cheung and Oliver Reinsch of YogaWorks in 2012. My return to Vancouver had me working at Yogapod in North Vancouver. There I dove even deeper, and awoke to a life-changing appreciation for community. I am eternally grateful for my friends and teachers, Todd and Laurie Inouye, for their creation and devotion to that space.

In 2013 I stumbled upon Moksha. I fell in love with the series and its brilliantly healing nature. So happy I am to now be teaching Moksha, and blessed to continue on this path in such a vibrant and humble community!
