Ashley Kameka

Ashley discovered meditation techniques during childhood as therapy for anxiety. In her teens yoga provided a sense of grounding and contentment throughout the mental, emotional and physical evolution taking place. Since then, these interwoven practices have remained an anchor in this traveling
gypsy’s heart. She has dedicated more than a decade of her life to practicing yoga; 7 of those years have been spent studying and teaching yoga internationally. Her intention is to continue moving deeper to bring this gift of self-study to anyone who is curious. She invites you to pause and breathe both on and off the mat.
