Since I started taking classes with Moksha, my physical health has improved generally, and I've found it to be one of the few remedies to the backache of flying coach. What I like about the Moksha instructors is that they challenge their students to extend their capacities while respecting individual needs and interests; you're encouraged to pay attention to the instructions, but not nearly as much as you're encouraged to pay attention to your own body and to develop your awareness of it's strengths and limitations.
